Bought tickets without an account? Enter the phone number you paid with and the transaction ID from the mobile money SMS you received (MTN, Airtel or Zamtel). You can also use the order reference shown on your tickets.

Still can't find them? Contact the event organizer or show your ID at the entrance - the organizer can look up your order by phone number.
