1. General Refund Terms
By purchasing a ticket through ticketHUB ZM, you agree to the following conditions:
Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser.
Refund Method: All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Fee: A flat ZMW 2.00 processing fee will apply to all successful refund requests.
2. Refunds for Cancelled Events
If an event is canceled by the organizer:
Full Refund: You will receive a full refund, less the ZMW 2.00 processing fee.
Notification: You will be notified via email or through your ticketHUB ZM account.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days following the cancellation confirmation.
3. Refunds for Postponed Events
If an event is rescheduled or postponed:
You can either choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
Refund Requests: Must be made within 10 to 14 days after the new date announcement.
Processing Fee: The ZMW 2.00 processing fee applies to all refund requests.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days following confirmation.
4. Refunds for Other Circumstances
For refund requests that do not fall under event cancellations or postponements, the following will apply:
Incorrect Ticket Purchase: If you purchased the wrong ticket, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided proof is submitted.
Duplicate Purchases: If duplicate tickets were purchased in error, you can request a refund within 24 hours.
Note: All refunds for these cases are subject to the ZMW 2.00 processing fee.
5. Non-Refundable Tickets
Tickets marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Final Sale” will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Additionally:
Third-party Fees: Fees charged by third parties (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.
No-shows: Tickets for individuals who do not attend the event will not be refunded.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
Log in to your ticketHUB ZM account.
Navigate to “My Tickets” and select the relevant ticket.
Contact the Event Organizer directly through the contact details provided on the event page.
Provide Your Ticket Number and any necessary details (e.g., name, email address, refund reason).
The event organizer will respond to your request within 5 business days. If needed, our customer support team will assist in facilitating communication.
7. Exceptions and Limitations
Organizer Policies: Refund eligibility is subject to the terms set by the event organizer.
Force Majeure: ticketHUB ZM is not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, pandemics, or other events outside our control.
